I’m going to give you a couple exercises that will remind you of a spider super hero. These are exercises you may not have experienced in the past: Spider Pushups and the Spider Climb. These are good exercises for rapid weight loss.

Here’s how you do the spider push-up: start in push-up posture as if you were going to do a regular pushup. When you lower yourself, you should bring a knee to your elbow and then return it.

Do this again on the next count, only remember to alternate sides the whole time you’re doing this drill.The correct way to do this is by maintaining an alignment without rotating the hips. You’ll need to be flexible in the hip area in order to perform this drill.

When done properly, the Spiderman pushup is very difficult to do since it involves transferring from four to three contact points when your knee comes forward.You have to work extra hard to stabilize yourself so you get a really good chance to work your abs. These are also good ways to lose 20 pounds.  This pushup is actually an exercise that gets more than just the abs.The Spiderman climb is another body mass exercise that will do wonders for abdominals.

You’ll find that you can get confused if you do this without paying attention.

What you need to do is get into the upper position of a pushup.Lower your hips and get a foot to the hand on the same side.Go back to start and then work the other sides in an alternating manner.

For those who are just getting started you want to exercise caution. Also for those who aren’t very flexible right now. You don’t wnat to stretch yourself too much, so if you only bring up your feet to the halfway point, that’s a good way to get started. As you get experienced at it, you’ll find that you can bring your feet up further.Done as intended, this exercise braces your abs and gets them conditoned to endure.
