Instead of giving “this is the way it is” advice, Rob Bell uses both historical evidence and Biblical passages to suggest that a healthy Christian life is one that is full of questions.
Throughout this book, Bell argues that one should never stop seeking the answers to life’s most pressing questions, because these questions not only strengthen our lives, but also our relationship with God.
While his thoughts and ideology may scare some away, it is important to realize that Bell is trying to convince his readers to open their minds and seek a deeper connection with Jesus.

Bell argues that this logic is not healthy, because if a small change in your life causes your faith to be weakened, then your faith wasn’t very strong to begin with.
